Criterium:  Troy Classic on the Square – Project Velo (2011 as well)

Road Race:  Caesars Creek Road Race – Team Abundance – Ghisallo

Junior Road Race:  Zanesfield Road Race – Team COBC

Time Trial:  Groveport Grand Prix -  Team COBC

Masters Road Race :  to be determined

Interested parties were asked to submit an application, in the case of competing bids, a committee of promoters was formed to review each bid, asked questions during a tele-conference call, then continued the discussion amongst themselves before making a decision.

For the 2010 State Time Trial Championships, Colavita Ohio and Team COBC submitted bids which were reviewed by Stan Huffman, TJ Turner, and Rudy Sroka, a 3 – 0 decision in favor of the Groveport Grand Prix event.
