For those who might interested:

Instructors will be Mike Hanley and Ken Hart. The class is about 5 hours long so we would like to get started by 9:00 A.M. Some of you have a bit of a drive so please offer some feedback on the travel time. The present classroom only holds about 10 people, we will need to reserve something larger if we have more people sign up, so please send us confirmation as quickly as possible.

Bicycle and Parts Swap Meet – Thanks!

For a first year event the turnout was good and has provided momentum for bigger and better future annual meets – we’re looking at bringing it to central Ohio next year, more space and more attractions.

$20 full table, $10 half table, $2 admission, $1 for all the Goldsprints to can do

Proceeds to benefit Junior Racing in Ohio

A short Ohio Cycling Association meeting will take place as the meet begins to wind down.

Tentative 2010 Ohio Road Schedule

A little latter than ideal, but the tentative 2010 Schedule is now posted.

Also keep in mind, a Bicycle Swap Meet is planned for Saturday, February 13th at the Greene Town Center in Beavercreek, OH. 3 – 6 pm, $20 for a full table, $10 for a half table, $2 admission, with proceeds to benefit Junior racing in Ohio. The Goldsprints set-up will be on hand, come get your spin on and move some of those extra parts, then check out the shopping and food at the Greene, more details soon will be on the OCA site.

Ohio Cycling Association meeting will commence as the swap meet winds down, should be short, mainly laying out the season and progress to date.

Level B Moto Ref Certification Course

Ohio Juniors at Cyclocross Nationals

Congrats to the three Ohio juniors who made the trip out to Bend, Oregon for the US National Cyclocross Championships.

Corey Green (bigger report here) reports all enjoyed their experience in the chilly and trying conditions, providing new motivation to train hard and return to contest the championships in 2010.

Mackenzie Green – 10th, women 13-14
