This past Saturday was the annual USA Cycling Regional Technical Committee meeting in Chicago. During the meetings Dave Riemenschneider was recognized as Ohio’s Official of the Year for 2012.  Dave showed great growth as an official working toward improving his skills both at events and through USA Cycling’s upgrade process.  He has nearly completed his upgrade work and should be able to begin the 2013 season as a Level B official.  Dave also stepped forward and led the officiating crews for many of NEOCX series events, an area where his efforts and leadership were both needed and appreciated.
